Our story

We believe good information should be easy to trust.

Sundara Field began with a simple frustration: most wellbeing writing either talks down to you or sells to you. We wanted a third option, a quiet room where careful guides treat readers like capable adults.

Started in 2018, still independent

We are a small team of writers and researchers who got tired of content built for the algorithm instead of the reader. Every piece we publish starts with real digging: primary sources, current facts, and the context that makes advice usable.

Then we slow down. We cap how long a paragraph runs, put the answer up front, and read each guide aloud before it goes live. If it does not genuinely help, we do not publish it. That is the whole rule.

Our coverage spans self-awareness and mindfulness, disability support and access, and the practical logistics of life and grief. Different subjects, one steady voice.

What we stand for

Principles we will not trade away

We research it properly

Every piece starts with real digging, primary sources, and current facts, not recycled fluff.

We make it clear

Plain language, useful structure, and the answer up front. You should not need a second read.

We keep it human

Topics change and so do people. We update what we publish and we treat readers gently.
